As your teams information will be collected electronically you can specify mandatory fields that must be provided before submission is allowed. In addition, as the customer themselves is entering the data there no need to for admins retype forms into your database – immediately eliminating data input inaccuracies.

Player Details

With FiXi online registrations you have the choice of choosing to just request the team captains details or all the other players of the team as well. Collecting data of your teams players streamlines communications for the season and also builds your marketing database.


No Importing Needed

Once your teams register online using FiXi’s unique system getting them into a season is a ‘sinch’. There is no need to import any data or re-type anything, all registrations feed directly into FiXi immediately! Once registrations come in you just need to allocate them into a competition and let them know when their first match is. You could do this via email or SMS.

Accept Payments

It’s up to you if you require teams to make a once off upfront payment when registering. Most venues choose to implement an upfront team registration fee as a commitment to playing for the season. Once you allocate the registered team to a competition in FiXi you can decide how their payment will be allocated in FiXi e.g. Season Registration Fee, First Game Fee etc. FiXi’s online registration system accepts both PayPal® & Credit Card. Payments made via PayPal® are immediatly deposited to your PayPal account. Credit Card payments will be deposited into your specified bank account on the 15th of every month.

How long does it take to setup?

Its very quick, you can do it yourself and be accepting registrations within a couple of minutes.

Can my customers pay with PayPal

Yes. Payments are directly deposited into your PayPal account.

Do I need a merchant account to accept payments?

No, all payments are looked after by our merchant gateway and payments are paid into your specified BSB & Account number of the first business day of every month. Alternatively you can accept PayPal payments which go directly into your account.

How much does it cost?

Its FREE. There are no additional costs to take online registrations if your event is $0. If you would like to take payments from registrants there is a fee of 4.9% per registration.

Can we enforce payment is made during registration process?

Yes, we accept either Credit Card or PayPal. Paypal payments go directly into your paypal account. Credit Card payments are paid into your specified BSB & A/N on the first business day of every month. There is no need for a merchant account.

Can the captain add all the players to their team with just their email address?

If you make the email address not required then only the primary contact will need to specify their email address.

Can we manipulate the registration form so the participant can choose the comp & division within the form?

All registrations need to be allocated into a competition after they come in and will have a status of ‘un-allocated’. You can specify the names of the competitions by line separating each competition name in the textbox when setting up the event.

Can we manipulate the registration form to include only the info we need?

Yes, when you setup your event you can specify which fields you would like to collect.
